"Learn to serve"
To empower learners with knowledge, skill and values for them to serve society diligently.
The school shall award teachers who manage to produce 75% pass rate per subject in the final examinations while pupils should obtain at least 13 points in Monthly, Termly, Mock and National Examinations. Incentives awarded shall be either in-kind or financial.
The candidate is expected to have a full certificate with atleast credits in all the subjects.
Hostels are run by boarding masters, who seek to provide a caring, secure environment for the pupils in their care. They offer counselling and support for the bereaved and create a homely atmosphere where our young people are safe from the problems of city life.
Pupils take part in games and sports, drama, essay competitions, songs and debate competitions etc. Teachers’ act as the guide and guardians to guide them on the right path.
Since it was opened Mansa Secondary School has grown it is now a grade one school by status, one of the biggest in the province. It has produced students some of which are holding high post within Zambia and also abroad.
